# The Customs (Tariff etc.) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2021, Regulation 5: Amendment of the Customs Tariff (Suspension of Import Duty Rates) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020


In regulation 2 of the Customs Tariff (Suspension of Import Duty Rates) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, for the definition of “Suspensions of Import Duty Rates Document” substitute—
““Suspensions of Import Duty Rates Document” means the Tariff Suspension Document, version 1.3, dated 19th July 2021;”.
