# The Customs (Tariff etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 2021, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Customs (Special Procedures and Outward Processing) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018


(1) The Customs (Special Procedures and Outward Processing) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(1), in the definition of “classification code” omit “eight digit”.
(3) In regulation 32(2), for ““Authorised Use: Eligible Goods and Authorised Uses (version 2.0)” dated 7th December 2020” substitute ““Authorised Use: Eligible Goods and Authorised Uses (version 2.1)” dated 22nd March 2021”.
