Regulation 3 Amendment of the Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020
The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020f1 are amended as follows.
In regulation 1(2), in the definition of “Tariff of the United Kingdom”, for “1.1, dated 19th January 2021” substitute “1.2, dated 22nd March 2021f2”.
