# The Customs (Tariff Quotas) (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2022, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


These Regulations—
(a) may be cited as the Customs (Tariff Quotas) (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2022;
(b) come into force on 14th October 2022;
(c) extend to the United Kingdom.
