# The Customs Transit Procedures (Amendment, etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 5

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) Schedule 3 to the Customs Transit Procedures (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 2(a), after “procedure” insert “ excluding any reference to authorisation issued other than under TCTA. ”.
(3) In paragraph 4(1) for “64(9)(a)” substitute “ 29(1G)(a) ”.
