  "text": "(1) Provision corresponding to that made by Schedule 1, paragraphs 14 and 15 applies for the purposes of the TIR transit procedure in Part 2 (consequences of discharge; removal of customs seals).\n(2) Provision corresponding to that made by Schedule 1, paragraphs 39 and 40 applies for the purposes of the TIR transit procedure in Part 3 (consequences of discharge; removal of customs seals).\n(3) Discharge of the TIR procedure also discharges the deemed transit procedure mentioned in paragraphs 3(1) and 16(1).",
