  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Transitional Arrangements) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.\n(2) Subject to paragraphs (3) and (4) these Regulations come into force on such day as the Treasury may by regulations under section 52 of the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018 appoint.\n(3) The following provisions come into force on 29th October 2020—\n(a) this regulation;\n(b) regulation 3(1), (6), (7)(b) and (c), (8) and (10);\n(c) regulation 5;\n(d) regulation 6;\n(e) regulation 7;\n(f) regulation 8;\n(g) regulation 9(1), (4) and (5).\n(4) Regulation 3(5) comes into force on 29th October 2020 for the purposes of the giving or publishing of any notice under inserted regulation 29B of the Customs (Import Duty) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 .",
