# The Customs (Transitional Arrangements) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 4: Amendment of the Customs (Special Procedures and Outward Processing) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

(1) The Customs (Special Procedures and Outward Processing) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 7(2)(a), for paragraph (ii) substitute—
“(ii) the transitional EIDR simplified Customs declaration process within the meaning given in regulation 29A(1) of the import duty regulations;”.
