  "text": "(1) The Customs (Import Duty, Transit and Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 9 (amendment of Part 4)—\n(a) omit paragraph (1);\n(b) omit paragraph (2)(c);\n(c) in paragraph (2)(d), in the new paragraph (8) to be inserted by that paragraph—\n(i) in sub-paragraph (a) omit “and”;\n(ii) at the end of sub-paragraph (b) insert “ ; and ”;\n(iii) after sub-paragraph (b) insert—\n“(c) the principal is established in the United Kingdom.”;\n(d) omit paragraph (3);\n(e) in paragraph (4)(e), in the new paragraph (7) to be inserted by that paragraph—\n(i) in sub-paragraph (a) omit “and”;\n(ii) at the end of sub-paragraph (b) insert “ ; and ”;\n(iii) after sub-paragraph (b) insert—\n“(c) the principal is established in the United Kingdom.”;\n(f) omit paragraph (5).\n(3) Omit regulation 10 (amendment of Part 5).\n(4) In regulation 12(2) (amendment of regulation 98 – specified amount)—\n(a) omit paragraph (c);\n(b) omit paragraph (d).",
