  "text": "(1) The Taxation (Cross-border Trade) (Miscellaneous Provisions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 6—\n(a) omit paragraph (12);\n(b) omit paragraph (13).\n(3) In regulation 10, in the entry inserted by paragraph (2), after “EIDR procedure” insert “ or the transitional EIDR procedure ”.",
