Regulation 13 Revocation of approvals of victualling warehouses

The period prescribed by the Commissioners at the end of which the revocation of their approval of a victualling warehouse is to take effect shall be two working days ending with the date specified in their notice of intention to revoke or such longer period as they may, upon application by the occupier, allow.
