# The Customs Warehousing (Victualling) Regulations 1991, Regulation 4: Time of warehousing


Goods brought to a victualling warehouse for warehousing or rewarehousing shall be deemed to be warehoused or rewarehoused, as the case may be, when they are put in the victualling warehouse for that purpose.
