# The Customs Warehousing (Victualling) Regulations 1991, Regulation 9: Stowage and production of goods


Save as the proper officer may otherwise allow, the occupier shall so stow every package or lot of warehoused goods that safe and easy access may be had thereto and shall produce to the proper officer on request any such goods which have not been lawfully removed from the victualling warehouse.
