  "text": "Exiting The European Union\nSanctions\nMade 15th June 2020\nLaid before Parliament 17th June 2020\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1(2)\nThe Secretary of State , in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1)(c) and (3)(b), 3(1)(a) and (d)(i), 4, 9(2)(a), 10(2)(a) and (c), (3) and (4), 11(2) to (9), 15(2)(a) and (b), (3), (4)(b), (5) and (6), 16, 17(2) to (5) and (8), 21(1), 54(1) and (2), 56 and 62(4) and (5) of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018 , and having decided, upon consideration of the matters set out in sections 2(2) and 56(1) of that Act, that it is appropriate to do so, makes the following Regulations:",
