In Regulation 5, in paragraph (1), for item (i) in sub-paragraph (a) substitute the following item:—

“(i)

the number of competitors must not exceed—

  1. (a)

    in two, but not more than two, races selected in any one year by the British Cycling Federation of 70 Brompton Road, London, 84;

  2. (b)

    in the case of any race not promoted by virtue of sub-paragraph (a) above, 60.”.
