  "text": "AGRICULTURE\nMade 27th September 1973\nLaid before Parliament 5th October 1973\nComing into Operation 29th October 1973\nThe Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales, being Ministers designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Economic Community, acting jointly, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the said section 2(2), and of all their other enabling powers, hereby make the following regulations:—",
