# The Dairy Products (Hygiene) Regulations 1995, Schedule 9: WRAPPING AND PACKAGING


The requirements of this Schedule shall apply without prejudice to the Council Directive 89/109/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.
