# Damages (Scotland) Act 2011, Paragraph 7


In section 7 of the Damages Act 1996 (interpretation), in subsection (2), for the words “meaning given by section 10(1) of the Damages (Scotland) Act 1976” there is substituted “ same meaning as in the Damages (Scotland) Act 2011 ”.
