  "long_title": "The Dangerous Dogs (Amendment) Act 1997 amends the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 to enable the owners of certain dangerous dogs which were not registered under the Scheme provided for in that Act to be registered if particular conditions are met. The 1991 Scheme specified a fee of £12.50 plus VAT for a certificate of exemption. This Order replaces that fee with one of £20 plus VAT for certificates issued pursuant to the 1997 Act.",
