In this Order—

  • “the 1975 Act” means the Dart Harbour and Navigation Authority Act 1975;

  • “the Authority” means the Dart Harbour and Navigation Authority;

  • “member” means a member of the Authority;

  • “the new constitution date” means 11th November 2002.
