  "text": "For the table to regulation 11(1) of the 1994 Regulations there shall be substituted the following table:\n(1)\n(2)\nMinimumCharge\nAdditionalCharge\nMotor cycle and combinations\n£8\n£3\nVehicles with two axles—\nwhich could not be removed otherwise than by a large breakdown vehicle\n£52\n£17\nin any other case\n£30\n£10\nVehicles with more than two axles\n£103\n£34",
