Regulation 3 Amendment of regulation 1

In regulation 1 (citation, commencement and interpretation), in paragraph 2—

(a)

after the definition of “designated parking area” insert—

  • ““east tunnel” means the easternmost of the tunnels;”; and

(b)

after the definition of “trailer” insert—

  • ““west tunnel” means the westernmost of the tunnels;”.
