In regulation 5 (dangerous goods)—
(a)
in paragraph (1), for “into the tunnels” substitute “onto any length of road specified in Parts I and II of the Schedule”; and
(b)
in paragraph (3) in the definition of “Table A” for “1st January 2009” substitute “1st January 2013”f1.
