  "text": "HIGHWAYS, ENGLAND\nMade 7th August 2000\nComing into force 1st September 2000\nThe Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions in exercise of the power conferred by subsection (4) of section 17 of the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Act 1988 and within the period of seven days next following 1st August 2000, which is the next revision date for the purposes of that subsection, as defined by subsection (3) of the said section 17, hereby makes the following Order:",
