Regulation 3

In regulation 1 (citation, commencement and interpretation) there shall be inserted, after paragraph (2)(b), the following sub-paragraph—

“(bb)

“large break-down vehicle” means a break-down vehicle with an unladen weight in excess of 4,000 kg;”
