# The Data-gathering Powers (Relevant Data) Regulations 2012, Regulation 15: Licences, approvals etc

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The relevant data for a data-holder of the type described in paragraph 17 of Schedule 23 are—
(a) the name and address of anyone who is or has been the holder of a licence or approval or to whom an entry in the register relates or related;
(b) particulars of the licence, approval or entry;
(c) information relating to any application for such a licence or approval or for entry on that register.
