# Data Protection Act 2018, Paragraph 292


In regulation 2(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “the Information Commissioner” and “the Commissioner”, for “section 6 of the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ the Data Protection Act 2018 ”.
