(a) for “The Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ The Data Protection Act 2018 ”,
(b) for “are” substitute “ is ”,
(c) for “section 5” substitute “ section 207 ”,
(d) for “data controller” substitute “ controller ”, and
(e) after “in the context of” insert “ the activities of ”.
