  "text": "(1) Article 10 (disclosure of requested data to the Secretary of State) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (1)—\n(a) for “disclosure of data” substitute “ disclosure of information ”, and\n(b) for “requested data” substitute “ requested information ”.\n(3) In paragraph (2)—\n(a) for “requested data” substitute “ requested information ”,\n(b) for “those data are” substitute “ the information is ”, and\n(c) for “receive those data” substitute “ receive that information ”.\n(4) In paragraph (3), for “requested data” substitute “ requested information ”.\n(5) In paragraph (4), for “requested data” substitute “ requested information ”.",
