# Data Protection Act 2018, Paragraph 409


In rule 7(2) (provision of information) for “Schedule 1 of the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute
“—
(a) Article 5(1) of the GDPR, and
(b) section 34(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018.”
