  "text": "(1) Article 90B of the Industrial Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 (prohibition on disclosure of information held by the Labour Relations Agency) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (3), for “the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”.\n(3) After paragraph (6) insert—\n“(7) In this Article, “the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act).”",
