# Data Protection Act 2018, Paragraph 71


In section 57(1) (retention of seized items)—
(a) omit paragraph (m), and
(b) after paragraph (s) insert—
“(t) paragraph 10 of Schedule 15 to the Data Protection Act 2018;”.
