# Data Protection Act 2018, Paragraph 8


In section 157(2A) (duty to disclose name etc of agency)—
(a) in paragraph (a), for “the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ the GDPR ”, and
(b) in paragraph (b), after “any” insert “ other ”.
