  "text": "(1) Section 64C of the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004 (voluntary provision of data) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (3)(a), for “the Data Protection Act 1998 (c. 29)” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”.\n(3) In subsection (5), at the beginning insert\n“In this section—\n“the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act);”.",
