  "text": "(1) This Schedule applies where—\n(a) a person (“the applicant”) applies to an accreditation authority for accreditation as a certification provider, and\n(b) is dissatisfied with the decision on that application.\n(2) In this Schedule—\n“accreditation authority” means—\n(a)the Commission, or\n(b)the UK national accreditation body;\n“certification provider” and “UK national accreditation body” have the same meaning as in section 17.",
