  "text": "DATA PROTECTION\nMade 23rd July 1987\nLaid before Parliament 3rd August 1987\nComing into force 11th November 1987\nIn exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sections 6(7), 8(5), 40(7) and 41 of the Data Protection Act 1984 and after consultation with the Registrar and with the approval of the Treasury in accordance with the said section 40(7), I hereby make the following Regulations:",
