# The Data Protection (Fees) (No. 2) Regulations 1987, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations increase from £22 to £40 the fee which is to accompany an application to the Data Protection Registrar for registration or for the renewal of registration under the Data Protection Act 1984.
