  "text": "DATA PROTECTION\nMade 31st October1988\nLaid before Parliament 18th November 1988\nComing into force 11th January 1989\nIn exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sections 6(7), 8(5), 40(7) and 41 of the Data Protection Act 1984 and after consultation with the Registrar and with the approval of the Treasury in accordance with the said section 40(7), I hereby make the following Regulations:",
