  "text": "DATA PROTECTION\nMade 9th May 1991\nLaid before Parliament 10th May 1991\nComing into force 1st June 1991\nIn exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 6(7), 8(5),40(7) and 41 of the Data Protection Act 1984 and by the Data Protection Registration Fee Order 1991 and after consultation with the Registrar and with theapproval of the Treasury in accordance with the said section 40(7), Ihereby make the following Regulations:",
