# The Data Protection (Fees) Regulations 1991, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations increase to £75 from £56 the feewhich is to accompany an application to the Data Protection Registrarfor registration or for renewal of registration under the DataProtection Act 1984.
