  "text": "DATA PROTECTION\nMade 9th November 1987\nComing into force 11th November 1987\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament:\nNow, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sections 34(2) and 40(2) of the Data Protection Act 1984 and after consultation with the Data Protection Registrar in accordance with section 40(3) of that Act, I hereby make the following Order:",
