  "text": "Paragraph 2 of the Schedule to the Data Protection (Processing of Sensitive Personal Data) (Elected Representatives) Order 2002 is amended as follows:-\n(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (a)(ii), omit “or”;\n(b) In sub-paragraph (a)(iii), immediately after “that Assembly is dissolved,” insert “or”;\n(c) After sub-paragraph (a)(iii), insert “(iv) a Member of the National Assembly for Wales immediately before that Assembly is dissolved,”;\n(d) In sub-paragraph (a), immediately after “that Parliament or Assembly is held;” insert “and”;\n(e) Omit sub-paragraph (b);\n(f) In sub-paragraph (c), for “(c)” substitute “(b)”.",
