# The Data Protection (Subject Access) (Fees) Regulations 1987, Regulation 2


The maximum fee payable by an individual on making a request under section 21 of the Data Protection Act 1984 to be supplied with information concerning any data held about him in accordance with subsection (1) of that section shall be £10 in respect of each request made by him.
