# The Data Protection Tribunal (Enforcement Appeals) Rules 2000, Article 21: Preliminary and incidental matters


As regards matters preliminary or incidental to an appeal the chairman may act for the Tribunal under rules 4(2), 6(1) and (3), 8 to 12, 14(1) and (6)(a) and (c) and 15.
