  "text": "DATA PROTECTION\nMade 31st January 2000\nLaid before Parliament 7th February 2000\nComing into force 1st March 2000\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 67(2) of, and paragraph 7 of Schedule 6 to, the Data Protection Act 1998, and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992, hereby makes the following Rules:",
