# The Data Protection Tribunal (National Security Appeals) Rules 2000, Article 25: Preliminary and incidental matters


As regards matters preliminary or incidental to an appeal the president may act for the Tribunal under rules 5(3), 8(2), 9, 13 to 15, 19(1) and (4)(a) and (c) and 20.
