# The Data Retention and Acquisition Regulations 2018, Paragraph 12


In section 72 (certain regulations under section 71: supplementary), in subsection (1)—
(a) in paragraph (a), after “Schedule 4” insert “ (in relation to one or more of the authorisations mentioned in section 71(2A) ”;
(b) in paragraph (b), for “column 2” substitute “ column 3 ”.
