# The Data Retention and Acquisition Regulations 2018, Paragraph 4


(1) Section 63 (additional restrictions on grant of authorisations) is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading, after “authorisations” insert “ under section 61 ”.
(3) In subsection (1), after “authorisation” insert “ under section 61 ”.
(4) In subsection (3)—
(a) after paragraph (b), insert “ or ”;
(b) omit paragraph (d) and the “or” before it.
