  "text": "(1) The Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 77A (procedure for order of sheriff: Scotland)—\n(a) in the heading, omit “23A or”;\n(b) in subsection (1), omit “23A or”;\n(c) in subsection (3), for “sections 23B and 32B” substitute “ section 32B ”.\n(3) In section 77B (procedure for order of district judge: Northern Ireland)—\n(a) in the heading, omit “23A or”;\n(b) in subsection (1), omit “23A or”;\n(c) in subsection (4)—\n(i) omit “23A or”;\n(ii) for “sections 23B and 32B” substitute “ section 32B ”.",
