  "text": "Electronic Communications\nMade 30th July 2014\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1(2)\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(3), (4), (5) and (7) and 2(3) and (4) of the Data Retention and Investigatory Powers Act 2014.\nA draft of these Regulations has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament in accordance with section 2(5) of the Data Retention and Investigatory Powers Act 2014.",
